01The plan
Our plan costs $297 per month and includes all five systems described on our website:
- Missed call text-back
- Database reactivation campaigns
- Lead follow-up and automation
- A referral system for your past customers
- A website build, with hosting
02Billing
- The plan is billed monthly in advance, starting on the day you sign up.
- There is no setup fee.
- Normal texting usage is included. If your account sends an unusually high volume of messages, we will contact you before any change to your price.
03Cancellation
The plan is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Your service runs until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
04Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have permission to contact the customers and leads you give us, and that you will follow the laws that apply to calls, texts and emails (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
- You'll review and approve the messages we send on your behalf.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your website and in your messages, including any discounts or referral rewards you offer.
05Opt-outs
Anyone who replies STOP to a message we send for you will be removed from future texts, and we'll honor all other opt-out requests.
06Your website
We build and host your website as part of the plan. If you cancel, we'll work with you on options for keeping your site and domain.
07Results
We work hard to help you win more jobs, but we can't guarantee specific results, revenue or numbers of leads. Any figures on our website are estimates or examples.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
09Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll let active clients know before it takes effect.
